IoT Nodes
Modular, stackable nodes that speak any protocol.
Ion
Ion is one of our all-in-one IoT nodes — a compact, customisable connected device that collects data about its environment and forwards it to your applications over whichever radio makes sense for the job.
Ion is connection-agnostic. From LoRaWAN to Bluetooth LE, Wi-Fi, cellular (LTE-M / NB-IoT), Sigfox, Zigbee and beyond — we support just about every protocol, and the radio module is part of the stack, so it can be swapped or added later without replacing the device.
Ion is built to be stackable: its functionality is expanded by clipping additional modules onto the core unit. Extra sensors, I/O, power options, and interface boards share the same enclosure and stack, so a single Ion can be tailored to almost any deployment — and upgraded later in the field.
Ion integrates with third-party hardware and sensors, giving it the freedom to be deployed virtually anywhere. Once connected, the data stream can be directed to the cloud, SCADA, mobile devices or web platforms — from dense urban networks to rural sites where conventional infrastructure is limited or unavailable.
